I have attached a file of a possible questionnaire we may use when observing our audience feedback. There are a range of questions from tick boxes, scales and open questions so we can gather both qualitative and quantitive data. It was decided that there would only be a few questions provided so the participants dont become too bored. We will hand these questionnaires to the participants we ask to watch our music video and receive them back before they leave. Along with the questionnaire we will also interview them separately and note down their responses to questions we would like feedback about which havent been included in the questionnaire.
